Backed by Fiserv resources, Fiserv has been able to come up with unique solutions for our clients, including the Debit Flex flexible spending debit card, the Fiserv Health Utilization Review and Case Management Solution for Third Party Administrators, and our turnkey HIPAA solution for HIPAA compliance.

Fiserv Health offers employers a variety of managed care options. All managed care products are integrated with our online healthcare administration system.

Insurance
Fiserv Health offers a wide range of stop loss products underwritten by the highest-rated companies in the United States. All stop loss products selected by an employer are integrated into our online healthcare administration system.

Fiserv Health implementation procedures involve careful timing and meticulous attention to detail for smooth, accurate transitions for our customers.

Provider Networks
For each client, Fiserv Health introduces providers to meet special needs, tailoring national or regional network alternatives to ensure full coverage for their employees. Fiserv Health offers the best networks available – PHCS, CCN, Beech Street – plus hundreds of local, regional and national provider networks. Finally, we can wrap the primary networks with a secondary network to maximize the participant's access to managed care providers.

To assist the employer in selecting a provider network, we provide an analysis comparing the location of their employees to the location of physicians and hospitals participating in the provider network. After the employer chooses one or more provider networks, Fiserv Health integrates the provider and facility names, addresses and fee schedules into our online healthcare administration system.

Online provider directories are available for selected provider networks. Employees and other plan participants can easily search these directories to locate physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers in their area.
